Description
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to support our revenue team.
This role combines Sales Operations- working with the sales team and customers to support the sales process and Marketing Communications (Marcom)-executing marketing initiatives and managing content.
Responsibilities:
Sales Operations:
- Sales Cycle Support: Assist Account Managers with the administrative aspects of the sales cycle, from generating price quotations to processing orders and tracking billing status.
- Data & Forecasting: Maintain the sales forecast data in the ERP system. Collect inputs from sales managers to ensure up-to-date information.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly and monthly reports on key metrics (Sales vs. Forecast, Backlog status, Revenue per Product).
- CRM Maintenance: Serve as the guardian of the CRM data (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring customer details, opportunities, and contacts are entered correctly and kept current.
- Process Support: Identify bottlenecks in the daily workflow and suggest improvements to help the sales team work more efficiently.
Marketing Communications (Marcom):
- Content Management: Update and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, one-pagers) to ensure the sales team has the latest tools.
- Digital Presence: Manage the company’s social media profiles (primarily LinkedIn), scheduling posts and engaging with the community to increase brand visibility.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the logistics and planning of trade shows, webinars, and customer conferences (booking venues, shipping booth equipment, managing attendee lists).
- Internal Communication: Help compile and distribute internal newsletters or updates regarding sales wins and product launches.
- Website Updates: Assist with updates to the company website (uploading new content, news items, or events).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Admin or Back Office Operations role
- Hands-on experience in Priority ERP.
- Analytical Skills: Knowledge and desire to learn various analytical and management tools: CRM, excel, and so on.
- Creative Skills: Familiarity with design tools (Canva, , Powerpoint, and so on) or email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask between analytical and creative tasks.
- Language: High proficiency in English (Written and Spoken) is a must
