About the role

Sensos is building the AI-powered system of action for global supply chains—and we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define how the market understands, adopts, and values this new category.
This is a foundational, highly strategic role. You will own Sensos’ positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategy end-to-end—translating deep technology (AI, IoT, real-time visibility, autonomous workflows) into sharp, compelling business outcomes for global enterprises.
You will operate at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, with direct influence on revenue, adoption, and category leadership. This role is for a product marketer who has lived through scale, knows how to bring order to complexity, and is ready to set the standard—not follow one.

What you’ll own

  • Category & positioning leadershipDefine Sensos’ positioning, narrative, and differentiation as the system of action that turns supply chain visibility into autonomous decisions and outcomes. Clarify what problem we truly solve, for whom, and why we win across segments, use cases, and buying personas.
  • Voice of the product & market inside SensosBe the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Bring customer insight, market signals, and clarity during periods of rapid growth and change while Energize Sales, partners, and internal teams through compelling storytelling and presentation
  • End-to-end go-to-market strategy
  • Own GTM from first principles: ICPs, personas, messaging frameworks, pricing & packaging inputs, launch strategy, and adoption motion in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Product launches that move the needle
  • Lead major launches from strategy to execution to post-launch adoption—ensuring launches drive real customer impact, pipeline influence, and usage (not just announcements).
  • Sales enablement at scale
  • Build world-class enablement assets: pitch decks, demos, competitive narratives, battlecards, and value frameworks that power a growing global sales organization.


What we’re looking for

  • 7–10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS / enterprise technology
  • Proven experience in a company that has gone through significant scale and growth
  • Experience working with global enterprise customers in a distributed, international environment
  • Demonstrated ownership of positioning, narrative, and GTM strategy—not just execution
  • Exceptional ability to turn complex products into simple, compelling stories for both executives and operators
  • Highly autonomous, business-driven, and comfortable operating without heavy structure
  • Strong judgment, high standards, and the confidence to challenge assumptions
  • A category-defining system of action at the intersection of AI, IoT, and supply chain
