Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
• Manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the plant, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to uphold product excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and efficiency measures.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
• Male.
• 35 to 45 years of age.
• Saudi, Egyptian, or Lebanese national.
