Assist the marketing project manager in driving cross-functional marketing project execution, tracking progress, and providing timely status updates. 2. Participate in planning, meeting minutes, and documentation management for marketing campaigns and brand projects. 3. Collect, organize, and analyze marketing and project data. 4. Assist in organizing online/offline marketing events, media, and partner meetings to ensure smooth execution. 5. Support preparation and delivery of presentations, campaign proposals, and project reports to ensure clear and impactful communication. 6. Perform other marketing and project-related tasks assigned by supervisors.职位要求1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or other relevant fields. 2. Experience in student organizations, brand events, or marketing project planning/execution, or related internships (preferably in smart hardware or internet industries). 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, team spirit, clear logic, and strong execution ability. 4. Strong presentation and reporting skills, able to confidently communicate and influence in various settings. 5. Proficient in mainstream project and collaboration tools (e.g., Feishu, Notion, Google Workspace, PowerBI, CRM). 6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus. 7. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.投递
