This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed.

Who we are looking for:
TriNetX’s Account Management team is a vital part of our commercial organization, ensuring exceptional delivery and long-term relationships with our customers. We support healthcare organizations and industry partners (pharma and CRO) in leveraging our platform for clinical trial execution and real-world data (RWD/RWE) initiatives.
As an Account Manager, you will manage key Pharma and CRO accounts, driving adoption, engagement, and growth. This role combines strategic account management with ownership of ongoing sales opportunities with a focus on renewals and net revenue retention and growth. It’s a unique chance to be at the forefront of applying real-world patient data to accelerate clinical research and improve outcomes. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders—both internally and externally—while contributing directly to TriNetX’s scalable growth.

What you will be doing:
• Drive adoption of TriNetX within member organizations, including onboarding, training, and integration into internal workflows.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Own the renewal process and identify/add-on sales opportunities to maximize account growth.
• Understand customer needs deeply and develop tailored strategies to expand engagement.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Champion customer interests internally and provide actionable feedback to improve products and processes.
• Monitor account health and deliver regular progress reports, forecasts, and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Establish governance processes that strengthen collaboration between TriNetX and customers.

What you bring to TriNetX:
• Bachelor`s degree and 5-10 years of experience in key account management, preferably in healthcare IT or pharmaceutical/CRO environments.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and RWD/RWE applications.
• Demonstrated success in sales and account growth, with ability to negotiate and close renewals/add-ons.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and apply new tools quickly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Results-driven, accountable for short- and long-term goals, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%).
