SUMMARY: We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent technology projects. This role collaborates closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop clear project plans, manage timelines and risks, and ensure alignment with IT standards and methodologies. The IT Project Manager communicates project status, impacts, and tradeoffs effectively while guiding teams toward timely, high-quality project delivery. This is a hybrid role that combines onsite and remote work. 

LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Project Management:

  • Accountable for successfully delivering multiple, simultaneous projects of varying sizes. 
  • Effectively adopt and apply our IT project management methodologies and standards. 
  • Collaborating with business and technology leads to construct well-defined project plans, segmenting projects into predefined phases. 
  • Establish a common understanding among project stakeholders regarding timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations through expert communication and leadership. 
  • Provide direction to project resources, monitor development efforts, assemble key project deliverables, and proactively manage issues and risks. 
  • Schedule and facilitate project status meetings, advising management on the impacts of change requests on schedules and resources. 

Relationship Management:

  • Motivate and manage collaborative project teams dedicated to successful project delivery. 
  • Work effectively with business partners and internal business area experts to develop subject matter expertise and maintain project status. 
  • Communicate project status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. 

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing software development projects. 
  • PMP or equivalent certification desired; Scrum Master Certification is a plus. 
  • Undergraduate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience. 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong background in software development implementation projects.  
  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, automation, or data-driven systems preferred but not required. 
  • Experience with vendor and contract management, including managing third-party service agreements. 
  • Hands-on experience with Project Management Tools (i.e., MS Project, JIRA). 
  • Ability to lead across multiple business and technology organizations. 
  • Possesses strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills alongside excellent organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving requirements in a fast-paced IT environment. 
  • Experience with MS SQL is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: 
  • Word: document formatting, templates, and mail merge
  • Excel: spreadsheets and data reporting
  • Outlook: calendar management, task coordination, and handling high-volume correspondence

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This role requires the ability to manage a high volume of projects with competing deadlines. Candidates should be skilled at prioritizing tasks, shifting focus when necessary, and maintaining progress across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
