We build strong, long-term client relationships and help brands grow in the digital space. To do this, we’re looking for a (Senior) Account Manager located in Munich, Berlin or Hamburg who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and drives projects forward with focus and passion.
  • You actively shape and grow your client relationships, with a strong sense for their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • You use your understanding of marketing, digital strategy, audience insights, and competitive landscapes to create tailored solutions that deliver real impact.
  • You lead meetings with confidence, bring teams together, and ensure that decisions are clear and result-orientated.
  • You keep budgets, timelines, and resources on track and work closely with our leadership team to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
  • You stay on top of industry trends, new tools, and technological developments — especially around AI — and translate them into new opportunities for your clients and the agency.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in account or project management, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Brand management, communication strategies, and cross-channel campaigns are part of your professional DNA.
  • You identify client needs early, manage expectations smartly, and find both pragmatic and creative solutions.
  • You work in a structured, analytical, and results-oriented way, always keeping priorities and quality in mind.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy — both internally and with clients.
  • You’re a genuine team player who enjoys collaborating across creative, strategy, and data disciplines.
  • You have a natural instinct for trends and technological developments — from emerging platforms to AI-driven opportunities.
  • You are fluent in German (C1–C2) and have strong professional English skills.
