As a Junior Marketing Manager at mama health, you’ll play a key role in launching and scaling our services across multiple countries around the world. You’ll work at the intersection of brand, communications, partnerships, and localized execution — helping to build our presence globally and ensuring our message resonates locally.

In This Role You Will:

  • Support international launches of mama health services, coordinating marketing activities across multiple regions.
  • Manage and drive multicultural projects, working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with patient associations, advocacy groups, and local healthcare stakeholders.
  • Help shape and protect the mama health brand, ensuring consistency while adapting messaging to local markets.
  • Manage localization efforts, coordinating with local content teams, translators, and contributors.
  • Support the creation and rollout of localized content and communication materials across channels.
  • Coordinate with Product, Growth, Content, and Analytics teams to ensure effective execution and measurable outcomes.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting or managing projects with multiple stakeholders and parallel timelines.
  • Exposure to international or multicultural environments; healthcare or health-tech experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with or alongside external partners (e.g. communities, associations, agencies) is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to keep initiatives on track.
