We are currently looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer. In this role, you will take a position in interpreting regulation, shaping compliance policies and advising the business, while overseeing the firm’s regulatory obligations across traditional finance and digital assets. You will work closely with the wider compliance team and business stakeholders in a high-performance trading environment, across both traditional finance and digital assets. The role is based in our Amsterdam office.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regulatory analysis for relevant financial markets regulations.
- Provide advice and effective guidance across the organization on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current regulatory requirements.
- Take ownership of managing regulatory requests, audits, inspections and internal reviews, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Requirements
- A university degree in finance, economics, law or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of traditional finance markets and/or digital-asset markets (solely AML/KYC experience will not be considered as demonstrated understanding).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal or regulatory affairs.
- Strong analytical, writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a technology-driven trading environment.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.
