Verification of project specification and work identify technical requirements
Preparation of project specific method statements, inspection and test plan
Coordinate with site execution and Ensure WIR, MIR are raised on time as well as the approvals are obtained.
Inspection of Incoming / delivered materials and ensure the materials are in compliance with the project specification / Material approvals.
Record the status of non-conformance and action details of assigned projects
Develop method statements , compliance report and ITPs
Regular visit to site work and ensure work is executed against specification and method statement
Conduct internal audit to meet QHSE requirements and prepare audit reports.
Issue non conformity report on various non conformities identified during audits for corrective action and follow up for its effective implementation.
Review customers complaints and ensure closure of complaints
Prepare QHSE observation report and record all the nonconformities identified/ resolved status area wise identified during site tour
Attend planning /coordination meetings to address the issues related to quality of product requirements
Participate in initial kick off meeting and prepare documentation accordingly
Consultation, participation and communication of requirements related to projects
Prepare and submit handing over documents
