The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Delivery & Governance, the Project Coordinator ensures governance, reporting, and data integrity across key initiatives. Acting as the central point for administration, this role supports delivery and business leaders with accurate, timely insights. Responsibilities include Jira administration, compliance oversight, managing schedules, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, while coordinating with business units to provide a consolidated view of status and performance.

It exists in a very competitive market, and a robust regulatory environment, which requires regular reviews of strategic direction and operational emphasis. The target segment for Platforms is mass affluent through the advised channel, with some service provided directly to clients that become unadvised.
About The Role:
- Support the Program or Delivery Manager in coordination, governance, reporting, ensuring consistency in tracking and documentation.
- Act as the central point for administration of workstream and forums/meeting ensuring efficient tracking of activities and reporting of program delivery.
- Manage and refine reporting frameworks, utilising tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to generate actionable insights.
- Assist in the administration of resource allocation and risk management, ensuring records and documentation remain up to date.
- Facilitate program/project governance by maintaining compliance reports, decision logs, and risk/issues registers.
- Support program-wide communication by preparing leadership-level reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into delivery progress.
- Maintain program-wide schedules, metrics and reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
About You:
- 5+ years general business experience or other relevant skills/industry experience.
- Experience in transformational/business portfolio/ enterprise PMO or program delivery function involving strategic value and high impact for the organisation.
- Partner with portfolio teams to track value delivery, identify Enterprise risks and dependencies, and monitor cumulative change impacts each quarter.
- Maintain portfolio dashboards and canvases, budget tracking, and key artefacts to support agile decision-making.
- Maintain transformation knowledge repositories, including SharePoint, Confluence and MS Teams spaces, ensuing continual curation of relevant content, standards, frameworks, tools, patterns and IP.
- Experience in portfolio governance, reporting, and documentation in large-scale IT, software development or financial services environments
- Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for managing program/project data and reporting.
- Understanding of portfolio management frameworks (e.g., MoP) and financial reporting for projects and programs.
- Experience in working within Agile and hybrid project delivery environments.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields.
- Certifications in portfolio management or reporting tools (e.g., Jira Administration, Power BI) are highly desirable.
