Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience using cost modeling and business case analysis in professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking), corporate strategy or supply chain program management.
- Experience creating supply chain strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in a systems design/development, hardware product design/development or manufacturing environment.
- Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to production.

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead multidisciplinary projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the entire project life cycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and communicating goals to project stakeholders. You will keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive quality transformation strategies for initiatives, including cost reduction, deployment velocity and first pass yields.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to integrate machine quality improvement activities into program road maps.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness and business impact of initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advocate change management for its integration into quality transformation.
