Spotlight Of The Job

We’re looking for a proactive Financial Controller to ensure accurate budgeting, KPI analysis, and strategic decision support. If you thrive in an international manufacturing environment and have an eye for detail, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and accurately monitor budget and forecast (OPEX & CAPEX) in collaboration with all stakeholders
• Perform timely month-end closing and prepare KPI reports for financial and operational performance
• Analyze cost structures, variances, and KPIs to support decision-making
• Ensure accurate internal costing calculations and provide clear interpretation to stakeholders
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports for management
• Support cost optimization initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Participate in financial audits and provide required documentation
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and local regulations
• Proactively act as a financial advisor to internal teams, ensuring understanding of targets and business implications

Skills & Experience

• University degree, preferably in Economics or Finance, with at least 2+ years of experience in international manufacturing controlling
• Excellent proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (SAP, BW, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative, out-of-the-box solutions
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
