Job Overview

Leads the identification, design, and implementation of quality assurance programs and initiatives to improve process efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Gaining commitment from the key stakeholders by engaging them in all phases of quality management initiatives; analyzing stakeholders’ feedback to identify further improvement opportunities.
• Identifying potential areas of quality discrepancies that can be improved through various methods including lean methodologies, analyzing cost structures and workflows, and value stream mapping.
• Planning and managing quality management projects and initiatives by defining project objectives and aligning them with business goals.
• Researching and communicating best practices for quality assurance across the industry, promoting a quality compliant mindset within the team.

自動車向け電子接続部品の品質保証プログラムの立案・運用から、新製品リリースに至るまでの品質保証業務
・ APQPに基づき新製品開発における品質保証業務の管理・運営
・ 新製品リリースに至るまでの各技術部門（製品設計/設備設計）への支援および改善活動のアプローチ
・ 製造拠点（主に日本、中国、タイ）との関連業務の調整
・ 品質方針に基づく実行施策と担当の進捗管理（開発段階のロスコスト、不具合低減等）
・ 開発段階の試作品出荷判断、量産リリース製品の可否判断
・担当者の労務管理、育成、職場の環境造り、業務の進捗管理など
・ 日本設計、中国製造の新製品について顧客とのインターフェースと製造側への展開
・ 新製品の顧客による工程監査の対応業務
・ 初物評価（社内、顧客PPAPのまとめ）の実施と初期流動計画の立案と管理

What Your Background Should Look Like

【必須条件】
・ 業界を問わず、電子部品関連の技術部門または品質部門のマネージャーとして3年以上の実務経験
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的に内部・外部と仕事を進められる方 （明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性）
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ 社内外との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方

【歓迎条件】
・ 特に自動車のEV(Electric Vehicle)やHEMS(Hybrid and Electric Mobility Solutions)関連業界での技術部門/品質部門での経験がある方は歓迎致します。
・ 新製品に対する品質保証計画の立案と立ち上げの実務経験がある方（APQP / IATF16949等）
・ QC検定資格を持っている方
