Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in deploying and debugging semiconductor or optoelectronics test systems
- Experience in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) using tools like JMP or similar.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with wafer probers, MicroLED or other compound semiconductor (GaN/GaAs/InP) testing and test equipment.
- Experience in CM management as a resident engineer or site lead at a major global OSAT.
- Experience scripting in Python for test automation or data parsing.
- Experience with display metrology (colorimetry, luminance uniformity) or high-speed probe cards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and qualification of micro LED display test equipment and processes at the partner site, ensure a smooth transition from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.
- Monitor production health and key performance indicators to ensure process stability and strict adherence to quality control standards.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for operational issues, drive continuous improvement in yield and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary focal point between the US development teams and local partners, ensure clear communication and alignment on project milestones.
