We are looking for a Procurement Specialist  to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.

What You Will Be Doing?

  • Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes for software, hardware, SaaS services, and professional support, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Support supplier sourcing and selection, evaluating capabilities, pricing models, and risk factors to ensure the best value and fit for the business
  • Participate in negotiations and help structure agreements in collaboration with stakeholders from IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance
  • Draft and review contracts, manage renewals, and track performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Analyze markets and supplier trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to procurement innovation and continuous improvement of internal processes and tools
  • Maintain up-to-date contract records and procurement documentation, and support audits when required.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to anticipate upcoming procurement needs and align purchasing strategies with business goals
  • Contribute to vendor relationship management, fostering transparent, productive cooperation and addressing performance issues when necessary

Skills You Should Have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on IT, software licensing or professional services
  • Relevant experience in the banking sector is a strong asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor negotiations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and generate insights
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), both verbal and written
  • Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment – we use MacBooks and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets); strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are especially important (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
