• Perform capacity analysis
• •  Run and analyze capacity reports and Capable to Match tactical sales plan
• •  Summarize capacity analysis
• •  Present data to management
• •  Monitor and address supply discrepancies.
• Configure and maintain data integrity inside Capacity model software
• •  Gather data needed for capacity model
• •  Input and maintain data into system
• •  Ensure accurate capacity model through periodic audits and validation of workstation actual performance
• •  Design and/or enhance models as needed in order to provide the right accuracy and functionality.
• Capital Management for Micron owned equipment
• •  Determine equipment needs to support upcoming production forecast or scenario plan.
• •  Determine budget needed to meet forecast, submit justification for capital requests
• •  Ensure that assets are properly accounted for in Micron systems
• •  Coordinate with Back End Central Planning team to optimize network capital assets and look for reuse opportunities
• •  Utilize Tool of Record to identify the type, quantity, cost and lead time of equipment required.
• Manage capacity/planning with Central Planning 
• •  Review and analyze production forecasts and scenarios to understand their impact to production
• •  Establish constraints and possible alternatives to support need
• •  Identify machine, kit and tool capacity needs to support production
• •  Coordinate with the Central planning to ensure capacity readiness & Facilitate capacity discussions on Strategy.  
• •  Attend Subcontractor operations meeting as needed coordinate site visits
• Communicate and gather data to understand strategies and capacities
• •  Work with Back End Central Planning, Procurement and Micron External Manufacturing Central Operations team to align to high-level site strategies
• •  Identify site loading routing needs between subcontractor sites for optimum profile
• •  Represent External Manufacturing site capacity status across business units.
