In This Role, You Will:

• Optimize product portfolios through Product Lifecycle Management and Variety Assortment Strategy.
• Co-create and implement global crop segment strategies for conventional and organic markets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and global improvement projects.
• Manage product flow, monitor inventory, and develop sell-out plans for slow-moving varieties.
• Oversee variety positioning, pricing strategies, and global seed allocations.
• Ensure registration and variety protection decisions are aligned with business goals.

You will work closely with Breeding, Seed Operations and Marketing & Sales worldwide. While you have no direct reports, you will lead cross-functional teams and guide less experienced portfolio managers and reports to the Global Portfolio Group Manager. Expect frequent international collaboration and travel.

What you bring as a future colleague

• Horticultural/agricultural background and strong analytical skills.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in product management or portfolio strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic vision combined with a result- and sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to lead projects and give presentations at all organizational levels.
