About The Position

The Lead Product Architect defines and drives architectural vision for our portfolio, ensuring scalable and innovative products and solutions. Coordinates cross-functional teams and establishes best practices for product architecture. Shapes technology direction through expertise, credibility, and collaboration.

Applicants must be living in the UK and should hold a valid Right to Work in the UK. 

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain architectural standards and frameworks for enterprise software products.
  • Lead solution design for complex, cross-product initiatives ensuring interoperability and security.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to align portfolio architecture with product roadmap and business goals.
  • Influence technology strategy and contribute to long-term innovation planning.
  • Ensure robust design principles for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Coach and mentor Product Architects.
  • Foster collaboration across engineering, QA, and Cloud Architecture to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Significant years in software engineering with strong experience in architecture leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in designing enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of system architecture, cloud-native design, and security principles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Visionary thinking, highest level of technical and strategic expertise, exceptional leadership and influence.
  • Ability to lead at a visionary level, shape the future of product architecture, and mentor at an organizational scale.  #LI-NA1A11

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
