Procurement Manager

We’re on the lookout for a Procurement Manager who’s passionate about driving value, building strong supplier relationships and delivering best practice procurement outcomes that support Hidrive’s strategic, operational and financial goals.

In this role, you will lead a talented team of procurement professionals and champion initiatives that optimise cost, improve processes and strengthen supplier performance. You’ll be at the heart of category strategy development, risk management and digital transformation within procurement.

About The Role

• Lead the way: Manage the procurement department strategically and operationally, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
• Drive results: Oversee sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding while ensuring continuity of supply.
• Think big picture: Develop category strategies, optimise total cost of ownership, and provide market intelligence to support manufacturing competitiveness.
• Innovate: Promote digitalisation and continuous improvement across procurement processes.
• Collaborate: Act as a trusted partner to internal teams including engineering, operations, finance, and product development.
• Lead projects: Support cross-functional initiatives, procurement input to new product development and cost-reduction programs.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline desirable
• Post-graduate qualifications or professional certification (e.g. CIPS, MCIPS, CPSM) desirable
• Continuous improvement experience desirable
