Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business processes and translate client needs into clear Salesforce requirements. This role involves stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, pain point identification, and close collaboration with technical teams to support solution design and sprint development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Requirements collection and management (Intermediate)

• Salesforce Knowledge (Foundational)

• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and process analysis
• Ability to develop and own detailed business/functional requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as the voice of the business during sprints
