Job Description
We’re looking for a delivery-focused Product Owner / Project Manager to lead the definition and execution of cross-functional initiatives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across business and engineering to shape priorities, manage delivery timelines, and ensure outcomes are aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
- Maintain a prioritised backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, track progress, and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate regular communication with business, design, and engineering stakeholders.
- Drive agile ceremonies and retrospectives, promoting continuous improvement.
- Escalate blockers and issues with clarity and context, ensuring timely resolution.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in product ownership, project management, or delivery leadership roles
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro
Nice To Have
- Background in software development
- Experience with distributed teams and offshore delivery
- Exposure to Investment Banking / Financial Services organisation
Education: It expected the successful candidate will be educated to undergraduate degree level or above
