We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and deliver a high-quality service experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
- Update customer records and call logs accurately in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets (call handling, quality, and resolution)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
