We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join Inoapps Limited's ERP department as a Support Services Solution Architect. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring exceptional service for our Oracle Cloud customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our managed services offerings, driving growth, and enhancing client satisfaction.
This is a key role within Inoapps award-winning Managed Services practice (Oracle Global Managed Services Partner of the Year 2025), and the successful applicant will be exposed to a breadth of global clients, spanning numerous industries, and Oracle application footprints. This is a fractional role, in that the individual will engage with multiple organisations on an ongoing advisory basis.
- Act as the designated Primary Analyst for key accounts, providing consultative guidance on how to leverage maximum value form the client’s Oracle applications investment
- Serve as the functional escalation point for complex issues, advising on best practices and solution optimisation
- Provide escalation management for complex issues, guiding best practices, and optimizing solutions.
- Design and maintain solution roadmaps, aligning with Oracle Cloud updates and business goals.
- Conduct impact assessments for quarterly releases and advise on adoption strategies.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion, collaborating with account teams to drive client value and revenue growth.
- Offer architecture oversight for short-term assignments, ensuring quality and continuity.
- Oversee the resolution of complex support tickets, adhering to SLAs and conducting root cause analysis.
- Partner with service desk and technical teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud certifications and ITIL practices for service management.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud or ERP solution architecture, with managed services exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules and integration strategies.
- Experience in service design, governance, and operational excellence in managed services.
- Ability to balance strategic advisory and hands-on technical oversight.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP, HCM, or Procurement (preferred).
- ITIL certification for service management (desirable).
- Familiarity with fractional consulting models and roadmap planning (an asset).
- A proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Experience of working with global clients in a service provider environment.
