The Role In More Details:

• Participate in a wide spectrum of Corporate/ M&A transactions involving national and multinational corporate clients and private equity funds.
• Work with international legal teams and gain valuable international market exposure.
• Active contribution as a member of project teams, working under tight deadlines and high-quality standards.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Greek Lawyer Qualification

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate and M&A field.
• An LLM in fields related to Commercial, Corporate and M&A or Civil law will be considered an asset.
• Advanced interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, train and develop junior associates.
• Continuous learning and development mindset.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Fluent written and spoken Greek & English
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to deliver work of highest quality, documented in accordance with our company’s standards
• A customer centric approach to finance and business operations
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Ability to gather and correlate correct data
