Quality Engineer CHQ

Objective

 The reason is that one quality engineer has quitted from the CHQ, we need quality engineer to work with the team to secure and drive continuous improvement to maintain and exceed customer's expectation.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate the new projects development: join in the discussion of PMEA, and Control Plan； lead the preparing of PPAP, and push the approval of PSW.
• Quality management of manufacturing process: quality control, measurement, and non-conformance management.
• Deal with the customer complain and warranty issues in time, focus on customer satisfaction.
• Focus on KPI(Quality target) and lead the problem solving. Insist on Continuous improvement.
•  Audit: implement internal audit and follow up non-conformance.
• Inspectors coaching and quality concept and skill training.

Position Requirements

• The die casting or hot working industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to apply in managerial and leadership concepts and technique.
• IATF16949 Standard
• High integrity. Good team work spirit
