Every day we engage with our customers through inspiring, impactful marketing. From show-stopping, above-the-line campaigns to the simplest POS designs in store, every step of the customer journey is crafted by our standout teams to build the very best experience, at every touchpoint. We explore the data and learn from our successes – constantly driving our Clothing & Home category to be the market leader. And we’re just getting started. There’s no better time to join our team as we continue to elevate our style, break boundaries and take the M&S brand to the next level.

Whether it is launching a 360-degree TV campaign to drive fame and shift brand perceptions, a one-off activation that drives talkability and relevance with new audiences or helping to shape the marketing plans of our overall brand and family of sub-brands to drive market growth; as a Brand Marketing Manager in the M&S Clothing & Home Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in positively shaping the perceptions of our 130 year old brand M&S for today and the future

What you will be doing

  • A holistic campaign leader who can steer integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency of voice and brand identity everywhere it shows up.
  • A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across product, sales, retail operations, creative teams, and international markets to keep work aligned and impactful.
  • Adept at managing creative partners — in-house, agency, or hybrid — to produce compelling assets and customer journeys that elevate the brand.
  • Comfortable using performance metrics, PIRs, and reporting to evaluate effectiveness, share insights with senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
  • 8+ years’ experience in brand marketing across retail, fashion, or consumer goods, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
  • Strong strategic communicator, able to articulate creative concepts, influence stakeholders, and galvanise cross-functional teams around shared goals.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, providing clear guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to drive high performance.
  • Skilled in delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, combining creative storytelling with strong brand-building instincts.
