Product Manager, RCM

Job Duty & Responsibility:

1.Product management for responsible products in roll maintenance and roll covering, including order booking, gross margin, market share, pricing guideline, sales budget, etc.

2.Promote new concept, technology and product in roll maintenance to customer, technical support in sales action to drive roll maintenance business growth in China.

3.Troubleshooting for delivered rolls and warranty issue handling.

4.Market and competitors follow up.

5.Engineering work of roll maintenance in application phase.

6.Develop new solution for roll maintenance to support customer in reliability and performance improvement.

7.Technical transfer to region and customer service team Process, quality and cost competitiveness improvement.

8.Communicate and support roll workshop for customer satisfaction, quality improvement, cost saving.                                  

• 9.Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
• 10.Have awareness of local relevant quality system.

Job Requirement & Qualification:

1.More than 5 years working experience in paper and pulp industry or related mechanical area.

2.Bachelor's degree of mechanical engineering major.

3.Knowledge required in AutoCAD skill/experience.

4.Be familiar with roll maintenance and roll covering.

5.Self-confident and ready to learn new things.

6.Service and sale minded Good English level and strong communication skills.
