Being an #InAlumiler in the Production Department

You will begin your 12-month journey on March 2026 that will include an extensive and thrilling training program that will help you land to the production team in the powder coating department and the role of Production Engineer Trainee. In specific, you will become oriented to the production process, and you will have the chance to boost your knowledge of the powder coating process. You will run the production workflow and operations and your daily routine will include also quality control and laboratory tasks making research and tests to enhance the quality of our products enhancing their color. Last but not least; you will be an integral part of the powder coating team and you will participate in improvement projects. You will be located in our fully-structured production line, in our headquarters in Kilkis.

You are bringing with you…

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, or any relevant background
• strongly willing to be part of the production team
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of English
• Meraki, learning-lover, team player, problem-solving mindset
