- Partner with UX/UI teams to design seamless, intuitive user journeys.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Use data and qualitative insights to continuously improve product usability and satisfaction.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Impact
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to shape product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Develop clear value propositions and support client engagement through demos, workshops, and feedback loops.
- Ensure product-market fit through iterative testing and validation.

- Work closely with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful features — balancing innovation with feasibility.
- Align stakeholders around product goals and priorities, communicating progress clearly and confidently.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager (or equivalent) in enterprise SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Strong track record of owning product vision, roadmap, and commercial outcomes.
- Experience building products that optimise complex workflows, ideally in document-heavy or regulated industries.
- Commercially minded - comfortable linking product decisions to revenue, adoption, and enterprise value.
- Skilled at working with cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, sales, and client services.
- Confident engaging with senior enterprise clients and internal leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with agile product delivery and modern discovery practices.
- Exposure to AI-enabled features, automation, or workflow intelligence is advantageous but not essential.
