We are strengthening the sales organization of OP Corporate Bank's Markets function with a Sales Manager. Our office is located in Helsinki. 

A Few Words About The Job

We are strengthening OP Corporate Bank's Markets business with a top-level salesperson for institutional sales. In this role, you will manage client relationships and be responsible for fixed income sales to demanding investors in Central Europe. In your future role, you will develop and establish new client relationships and improve OP's distribution capabilities in your area of responsibility. As part of the team, you will also contribute to the development of the product offering for capital market products. You will have the opportunity to build a network among Europe's largest investors and deepen your expertise. You will work as part of a comprehensive sales organization alongside experts in capital market products and sales, and work closely with analysts, traders, and the Debt Capital Markets business. 

What We Expect From You?

You will be part of a team responsible for selling capital market products to institutional investors. In your role, you will focus on servicing international fixed income investors, so we expect you to have experience and understanding of capital markets and demanding sales work in the financial sector. You should be able to communicate in Finnish, speak English fluently, and proficiency in German or French is considered a significant advantage. Your educational background should include an advanced university degree that supports the required skills for the position and success in the role.

Above all, you are an innovative salesperson who naturally networks in an international environment and can establish and develop demanding client relationships. Traveling within Europe is enjoyable for you, and you gain energy from new encounters. Self-motivation and a drive for results propel you forward with a clear focus, and you never leave customer promises half-hearted.
