As a Frontend Developer – SA, you will play a critical role in designing and building modern, scalable, and high-performing user interfaces for web applications. This position is ideal for a frontend professional with a strong command of ReactJS and Redux who is passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences and writing clean, maintainable code. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into responsive, user-centric applications. With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience, you are expected to take ownership of frontend features, contribute to architectural decisions, and uphold best practices in performance, accessibility, and state management. This is a full-time role based in India, offering long-term growth and the opportunity to work on impactful, production-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using ReactJS with a strong focus on reusable, component-driven architecture.
• Implement robust Redux state management solutions to handle complex application states efficiently and predictably.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert wireframes and design systems into high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
• Ensure optimal application performance through efficient rendering, code splitting, and performance optimization techniques.
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring smooth data flow and error handling.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high-quality deliverables across the team.
• Debug, test, and resolve frontend issues to ensure a seamless user experience across browsers and devices.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, React ecosystem updates, and modern JavaScript practices.
• Contribute to improving development workflows, tooling, and frontend architecture for long-term scalability.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer working on production applications.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, including hooks, functional components, and modern React patterns.
• Solid experience with Redux for state management, including middleware and best practices for scalable applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a good understanding of responsive and cross-browser design.
• Experience working with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows in frontend applications.
• A strong eye for detail with the ability to balance visual design requirements and technical feasibility.
• Good understanding of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and frontend security best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
