Overview
Position Summary Statement:
Identify and attract the best talent to the company according to the position requirements, using the provided tools by the organization and head-hunting agencies previously authorized. This role is focused on massive recruitment processes of customer-oriented profiles, but it will support on the recruitment of other type of positions based on the demand of the business. This position interacts directly with Hiring Managers and HR teams. This role will interact with others level of the organization.
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Identify the best recruitment platforms for the different open positions according to level, profile and/or position requirements.• Perform interviews to candidates combining various methods. (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.• Coordinate with the HHRR Generalist and the Hiring Manager the profile requirements, as well as the recruitment time and the interviewers for the process.• Coordinate with the HHRR Generalist and the Hiring Manager the candidate’s offer and the start date.• Support on employer branding activities: attend to career fairs, visit universities, etc.• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team the candidate’s and position information to generate the follow up reports.• Support in the generation of new ideas for the improvement of the recruitment process.• Ensure the compliance of the recruitment processes (profile requirements, background check, documentation, etc.)

Skills:
• Technical Skills
o General knowledge of multiple interview techniques (Example: STAR, Assessment, etc)o General knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)o General knowledge on how to manage the recruiting process and/or previous experience as a user of any ATS.o Ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Soft Skills
o Ability to work in a results-oriented atmosphere.o Excellent oral and written communication skills.o Able to work under pressure.o Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.o Excellent problem-solving skills.o Interpersonal skills: must have the ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork. They must also be able to effectively deal with potential candidates.o Decision-making skills.
Languages: • Advanced English.
Experience:
• Psychometrics test (applications and results).• Make an internal viability report.• Maintain properly personnel files control of all employees/candidates.• Give update of the vacancy’s status.• Follow up of employments requisitions.• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.• Psychometrics software experience
Education:
• Completed Degree in management areas related to Human Resourses.
