IT Support Specialist position duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provides first level customer service to students and College personnel for technical computer support.
- Provides assistance to faculty and staff for CAMS, email, network access, and portal issues.
- Assists the department director with various projects and duties as assigned.
- Hires and supervises student workers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of network operation systems, protocols, and hardware, including Windows, Ethernet, and desktop management software.
- Experience with network administration and management utilities.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network server/client related hardware and software problems.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- A+ certification
