About The Role:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Aesthetics Skin Health Sales Consultant will be responsible for responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan for consumable and capital products within the Skin Health product portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive sales targets, deliver impactful training, and support customers while building lasting relationships across the assigned territory. Additionally, you will be accountable for reporting any known adverse events to regulatory/quality personnel as per SOPs and GMP practices.

The Successful Applicant Will:

  • Plan, schedule, and travel within the assigned territory to effectively sell consumable and capital products within the Skin Health portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies aimed at driving current business growth and acquiring new business.
  • Provide product training to customers, new staff, and sales teams.
  • Customize training content to ensure it meets various learning styles while ensuring educational integrity.
  • Attend and represent Clarion Medical Technologies at trade shows and customer training events.
  • Participate in quarterly aesthetic meetings to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts, providing ongoing customer support through onsite training and regular follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Identify key accounts (A, B, or C) and implement appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Report any adverse events and provide necessary support to customers when required.
  • Contribute field-based insights to the marketing team for the development of new marketing materials and strategies.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

  • Post-secondary education in Esthetics or a related field is required.
  • Esthetician, Laser Technician, or Spa/Clinic Manager experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of laser/light-based technologies, skincare, makeup, and Clarion Medical products is an asset.
  • Experience in account management and training is an asset.
  • Strong team player, capable of collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conducting effective training and presentations.
  • Innovative, flexible, and strategic, with a positive, high-energy attitude.
  • Ability to independently manage a sales cycle and interact with clients and management in a confident, professional manner.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
