Job Description

• Develop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis
• Monitor competitors’ rate strategy, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
• Drive government and corporate sales growth through strategic account management, lead generation, and contract negotiations
• Lead, train, and manage the sales team while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays based on event schedule
