Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for our sales team
- Build relationships with potential customers and identify their needs
- Use CRM tools to track and manage sales activities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and monthly opportunity generation targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outbound phone-based sales or SDR role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to do multi – channel outreach – email, linkedin, messages
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage with decision-makers right up to the C-Suite
- Experience using CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or Hubspot
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- High levels of activity and energy to drive results
