Your Work Shapes the World
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager, based in Prague, to join our EAME HR Team. You will support employees and managers of specific business functions across all EAME countries. In addition, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with local regulations, policies, processes and employment laws in Czech Republic.

In Your New Role You Will

• Drive a team of HR professionals motivating and engaging them on completing HR priorities in terms of all things people related.
• Provide direction and guidance to all levels of leadership and employees, particularly in Czech Republic, including our production facility in Zatec, on employment legislation and company policies and procedures ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Manage HR projects and lead change including implementing new tools to provide better support to people initiatives.
• Collaborate with other HR Managers and global teams to share knowledge and lessons learned.
• Prepare HR reports using statistical and analytic skills.
• Support talent management including succession planning, performance management and employee development.
• Monitor and react to market changes from the people perspective.

Top Candidate Will Have

• HR qualification at a degree level or have equivalent relevant experience
• Extensive Human Resources operations experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various levels of the organization, including strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships within and outside own organization and respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
• Leadership experience, with proven ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state and how to get there
• Knowledge of the local rights and obligations in employee relations; ability to adhere to legal requirements when handling employee negotiations
• Effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions and be able to influence senior leadership on people matters
• High initiative for process improvements to increase efficiency
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze data, information and metrics and bring insights while applying the results to support business decisions
• English and Czech language skills are a must

This position requires 5-days a week in our Prague office (Smichov).
