We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of product marketing initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, expansion, and revenue growth across DoorLoop’s platform.
About The Role
This is a senior, highly cross-functional role based in Tel Aviv, working closely with teammates across Israel and the United States. You’ll partner with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Experience, Design, and Content to shape positioning, lead go-to-market execution, and translate customer and market insights into scalable business impact.
You’ll also play a critical role in executing all product launches and releases, partnering closely with the Head of Product Marketing to establish, scale, and maintain a consistent release cadence across the organization.
Success in this role is measured by meaningful outcomes: product adoption, customer engagement, expansion, and contribution to ARR growth.
Responsibilities :
Lead Product Launches & Release Execution
- Own execution of all product launches and releases, from planning through post-launch analysis.
- Partner with the Head of Product Marketing to establish, scale, and maintain a consistent release cadence across minor, major, and Tier 1 launches.
- Develop clear positioning, messaging, and launch narratives aligned to target customer segments.
- Lead post-launch retrospectives using adoption, engagement, and revenue data to inform iteration and optimization.
Drive Adoption, Engagement & Expansion
- Own product marketing strategy for priority products and features, including adoption and monetization initiatives.
- Design segmented go-to-market strategies aligned to ICPs, lifecycle stages, and pricing tiers.
- Identify and scale acquisition, activation, and expansion plays that drive measurable impact.
- Act as an internal expert on product value, customer pain points, and competitive differentiation.
Optimize User Journeys
- Partner with Product, Design, and Demand Generation teams across Israel and the U.S. to improve onboarding, activation, and long-term engagement.
- Map end-to-end user journeys to identify friction, drop-offs, and growth opportunities.
- Use behavioral, retention, and cohort data to inform messaging and product improvements.
- Build scalable systems and repeatable processes rather than one-off campaigns.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a strategic partner to Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Experience, Content, and Design teams across regions.
- Lead cross-functional planning and ensure alignment around launch goals, priorities, and timelines.
- Communicate strategy, performance, and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership in both Israel and the U.S.
- Raise the bar for product marketing best practices through influence and mentorship.
Education & Enablement
- Own scalable customer and internal education initiatives that support adoption and expansion.
- Build repeatable education assets such as webinars, guides, and enablement materials.
- Align education efforts with release cycles, launches, and lifecycle stages.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of Product Marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience owning and executing product launches end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer, with experience marketing to both SMB and Enterprise-sized customers.
- Demonstrated ability to tailor positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across different buyer personas, deal sizes, and sales motions.
- Experience supporting pricing, packaging, and competitive intelligence initiatives, including competitive positioning, win/loss analysis, and market analysis to influence go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and product decisions.
- Exceptional written and spoken English, with a track record of independently writing clear, persuasive product messaging and long-form customer-facing content for U.S.-based audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across distributed, cross-time-zone teams.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with operational rigor and follow-through.
- Comfort partnering closely with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Experience.
- Ability to translate customer insights, data, and market signals into clear positioning and action.
