We are Darrow – a fast-growing, mission-driven LegalTech startup with a mission to uncover legal wrongdoing and secure justice for impacted parties. Founded in 2020 in Tel Aviv, Israel, Darrow is revolutionizing the justice system. Our team of world-class legal experts and technologists has built an intelligence platform that uncovers egregious violations across legal domains, such as privacy and data breaches, consumer protection, securities and financial fraud, environment, and employment.  

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to craft the next generation of Darrow’s data-driven, AI-powered products. In this role, you will shape complex user experiences end-to-end - from deep problem discovery and user insight to intuitive UX flows and pixel-perfect UI. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and domain experts to turn legal complexity into elegant, intelligent tools that make a real-world impact.

Responsibilities:

EndtoEnd Product Design

• Lead complex product experiences from discovery to polished UI, transforming challenging problems into clear, intuitive workflows that deliver the best UX.
• User Insight & Validation
• Partner with Product and Research to uncover user needs, run usability tests, and validate concepts through data and feedback.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, data, and PMs to align on solutions, support smooth handoff, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Design System Contribution

• Build and maintain scalable components, tokens, and patterns that improve consistency, accessibility, and development speed.

AIDriven Workflow

• Use AI tools for ideation, exploration, validation, and QA. Help evolve Darrow’s AI-powered design practices.
• Rapid Iteration & Execution
• Prototype, test, refine, and deliver quickly while maintaining a high standard of UX and visual quality.
• Design Quality & Craft
• Produce clean, thoughtful, pixel-perfect UI and clear interaction logic across all product surfaces.

Requirements

• Educated in design institution (Shenkar, Bezalel, HIT) or equivalent proven expertise.
• 7+ years of product design experience in fast-paced tech environments, with a track record of shipping complex B2B/B2E products.
• Mastery of UX - ability to simplify complex systems into clear, intuitive, high-quality workflows.
• Exceptional UI craft - pixel-perfect execution, strong visual language, and refined interaction design skills.
• Deep experience with Design Systems - components, tokens, states, responsive logic, and implementation workflows (Figma + Storybook familiarity is a plus).
• AI-driven design mindset - using AI tools for ideation, UX validation, content, automation, and design-to-dev workflows.
• Strong problem-solver with the ability to structure complexity, uncover edge cases, and create scalable solutions.
• Experience partnering with PMs, developers, data, and research to shape product direction and validate concepts.
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain design rationale clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Fast execution without compromising quality; able to iterate quickly and manage multiple complex initiatives.
• Highly curious, proactive, and eager to explore new technologies and workflows.
