Description
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Market Growth: Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets and increase Ceragon’s market share in the region.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, define strategies, and execute business plans aligned with regional objectives.
- Competitive Positioning: Understand competitor offerings and develop strategies to differentiate Ceragon solutions.
- Sales Execution: Identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, overcome objections, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, including C-level executives, within telco operators, ISPs, and private networks.
- New Market Penetration: Drive growth in emerging markets across SEA, including Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Cambodia.
- Partner Engagement: Identify, develop, and manage partners to support sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineers to capture customer requirements and ensure product alignment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia (up to 50%).
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven track record of closing deals with telco operators and private networks.
- Demonstrated success in hunting new accounts and growing existing ones.
- Strong network and relationships with C-level executives in telecom and ISP sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Microwave Transmission solutions, including millimeter wave technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Ability to create accurate forecasts, budgets, and market expansion strategies.
- Channel management experience (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic account planning skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
