About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end implementation and large-scale adoption of MDClone’s platform at a large-scale national initiative. From scoping and implementation through go-live, early-life support, and structured handover, you will lead all delivery activities end to end. You will coordinate internal teams and external delivery partners, manage cross-functional workstreams, and run a disciplined execution cadence to ensure on-time, on-scope results — creating the foundations for future scale and expansion
Key Responsibilities
● Build and own the integrated project plan (scope, timeline, milestones, KPIs) and keep delivery on track.
- ● Manage stakeholders: lead steering sessions and working meetings, drive decisions and maintain alignment.
- ● Work closely with internal teams (R&D, Data, Operations) to drive clear, measurable outcomes.
- ● Analyze requirements, configure and tailor the platform, and oversee implementation through go-live.
- ● Identify risks and dependencies early, drive mitigation plans and escalate when necessary.
- ● Define acceptance criteria, coordinate user acceptance testing, and secure formal sign‑offs.
- ● Lead training and change‑management activities and support adoption and stabilization.
- ● Deliver clear status reports and metrics to leadership and manage scope, priorities and capacity.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects (experience with large organizations is an advantage)).
● Demonstrated ownership of scheduled and on‑time delivery across multiple parallel workstreams.
● Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to communicate effectively with both executives and technical teams; strong written and verbal communication.
● Structured problem‑solver with strong judgement, urgency and practical decision making.
● Fluent Hebrew and strong proficiency in English.
● Technical orientation sufficient to collaborate with R&D and Data teams (no coding required).
● Execution‑driven, proactive, and hands‑on.
● Ability to Build trust and productive partnerships quickly.
● Highly organized; comfortable operating with ambiguity and managing change.
