Deloitte Israel's Tax Practice is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join our growing practice.

Our team of experts provides focused advice on Israeli and international taxation matters and supports companies regarding these aspects.

The department is led by top-tier professionals with rich and diverse past experience.

The Role Includes:

• Ongoing support for companies and individuals concerning Israeli and international tax aspects, including representation in tax assessments discussions, obtaining pre-rulings and approvals from the tax authority, and providing opinions.
• Support in local or international transactions, tax due diligence, assistance with the tax implications of the transaction structure, and a comprehensive view of all local and international tax aspects and implications.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Law – Mandatory
• High-level English – Mandatory
• 6+ years of experience in taxation – Mandatory
• Experience within the field of Insurance - Mandatory
• Experience in managing groups and/or teams - Mandatory
• Experience from large CPA/Law firms or tax authority – Advantage

• ליווי שוטף של חברות ויחידים בנושאי מיסוי ישראלי ובינלאומי, כולל ייצוג בדיוני שומות, השגת פרה-רולינג ואישורים שונים מרשות המסים, ומתן חוות דעת מקצועיות.
• תמיכה בעסקאות מקומיות או בינלאומיות, בדיקות נאותות מיסויית, סיוע בהערכת השלכות מיסויות של מבנה העסקה, ומתן מבט כולל על כל ההיבטים וההשפעות המיסויות המקומיות והבינלאומיות.

• תואר ראשון בחשבונאות/משפטים – חובה
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה
• ניסיון של למעלה מ-6 שנים בתחום המיסוי – חובה
• ניסיון בתחום הביטוח – חובה
• ניסיון בניהול קבוצות ו/או צוותים – חובה
• ניסיון במשרדי רו"ח/עו"ד גדולים או ברשויות המס – יתרון
