•     Employee will work four hours a day  
•     Employee will work two days a week as receptionist/admin
•     Employee will cover below scope-
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Purchase Orders (POs) shipped for spare parts.
• Ensure timely updates and accuracy for New Equipment (NE) and Modernization (Mod) trackers.
• Coordinate effectively with site teams and clearance teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Organize and archive historical shipping documents for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Manage contracts and performance of all logistics vendors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
