As a Graphic Designer (Digital), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality visual designs across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and brings strong design sensibility combined with technical expertise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and timely execution of design deliverables.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality digital and print designs aligned with established brand guidelines
- Create and update a wide range of assets including banner ads, emails, websites, videos, flashcards, and marketing collateral
- Apply marked-up changes accurately and efficiently across existing materials
- Resize and adapt approved designs for multiple formats and platforms (web, mobile, print, ads)
- Manage end-to-end production of design assets and deliver final outputs to internal teams or external vendors
- Maintain proper file organization and version control within shared server systems
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, copywriters, developers, and art directors throughout the project lifecycle
- Support routing, reviewing, and updating of creative files based on feedback and timelines
- Handle high-volume design requests while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Troubleshoot design challenges and adapt quickly to changing project needs
What Makes You A Great Fit
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital design, preferably within an agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital design work across multiple channels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of brand systems with the ability to extend guidelines into new creative assets
- High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with development and creative teams
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deliverables efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Bonus points for experience in healthcare, pharma, MedTech, motion graphics, video editing, concept development, or launch campaigns
