Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design initiatives, creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our products. This role requires a blend of exceptional design craft, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Design Projects: Own the entire design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and final implementation across all platforms (web/mobile).

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, translate complex problems into innovative, user-centric design solutions, and align design with business goals.

Research & Iteration: Plan and conduct user research (usability testing, interviews, etc.) and leverage data/insights to validate and iterate on designs, continuously driving improvements to the user experience.

Design Excellence & Mentorship: Develop and maintain our design system for consistency and scalability. Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a high standard of design quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product/UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful, shipped products and design thinking.

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills in an Agile environment.
