Full Stack Developer

MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire an Full Stack Developer (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Your Job:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Laravel and PHP 8+.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support web and mobile platforms.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain front-end components, particularly with Angular (preferred).
• Architect scalable and secure backend solutions that align with enterprise requirements.
• Design efficient database schemas, optimize SQL queries, and maintain MySQL performance.
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2, Laravel Passport/Sanctum).
• Support integration with third-party systems, internal services, and enterprise platforms.
• Work with caches, queues, and Laravel advanced features to improve performance and reliability.
• Refactor, modernize, and optimize legacy systems when needed.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to clean coding and enterprise standards.
• Produce technical documentation and clear system design specifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of proven experience in full stack development with strong emphasis on PHP & Laravel.
• Experience developing high-traffic, enterprise-level applications.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, XML/JSON handling, and system communication patterns.
• Experience in insurance or financial systems is considered an advantage.
