The Knowledge Management – Program Manager role offers the opportunity to lead lab operations, ensuring high reliability, efficiency, and scalability across certification and training environments. You will oversee capacity planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-team collaboration while guiding engineers through setup, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in technically diverse environments and enjoys driving operational excellence in cloud, virtualization, and infrastructure systems

  • Oversee lab capacity planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet product certification, and training demands.
  • Supervise lab setup, configuration, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-organization teams (vendor, lab, and certification) to provision and support lab environments.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement for lab hardware, software, and services. Provide leadership and mentorship to lab engineers and support staff.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of experience in managing lab or data center operations.
  • Good technical knowledge of virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenStack).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. 

Good To Have:

  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting infrastructure systems (servers, storage, networking, virtualization platforms).
  • Knowledge of certification, training lab environments and Linux operating system administration.
  • Familiarity with Nokia cloud infrastructure and platforms (CBIS, NCS, NCP).
  • Enterprise servers (HPE, DELL and Airframe) hands-on exposure.
