Your Goals:

• Deliver an authentic and memorable guest experience, embodying the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality
• Support the team with your expertise, acting as a point of reference and mentoring junior team members
• Have in-depth knowledge of the food and wine menu to guide and advise guests confidently
• Recommend thoughtful wine pairings and elevate the overall dining experience
