Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of agricultural finance products and the tractor industry is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
